Export Interactions

It allows logged-in users to get information about experiments and interactions.

To do it, the user enter a list of transcription factors or DNA baits. Concerning these last ones, the user can choose them thanks to the popup window that appears if he clicks on the "View DNA Baits" button.

If one or severals names entered by the user are invalid, the next page will show the list of invalid transcription factors or DNA baits.

If all the names are correct, the tool generate an excel file with the wanted information about experiments and interactions that involve the transcription factor or DNA baits.

Notice that the user can write the names without caring about the case (upper or lower).

Example with Pztf-4 :

           the generated file will be such the one in the Import Experiments but with the first row that define the columns names.
